LEGAL ASSISTANCE
If you are the owner or future owner of a land, a house, etc. and you have legal problems, HGSN can put you in touch with a lawyer, notary and surveyor who is part of its network and who provides you with information, advice and consultation regarding your case. However, you always have the freedom to choose the lawyer, notary and land surveyor that suit you. In the case of the problems encountered in the acts of civil status (act of birth, adoption, notoriety, certificates of baptism and marriage, extract of the archives, death certificate, etc.), we are able to unblock you to quickly obtain the files you need. HGSN is in a position to accompany the applicant or the beneficiary in his application to immigration authorities of the country where the applicant resides, as well as the beneficiary of the application for residence at the embassy. If a member of our network is in a situation where he or she has to sue or take legal action against a third party living in Haiti, he/she may do so without having to travel by giving a power of attorney to a lawyer. HGSN also provides international adoption, divorce and customs services. In the event of the detention or arrest of a family member of one of our persons in our network, HGSN can assist or defend the person in question through our network of lawyers. In the case of a member of the diaspora in our network who becomes inherit we can help him to get possession of movable and immovable property (bank account, Insurance premium or death, building, vehicles, land, etc.)
ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL PERSPECTIVES
HGSN can help a Diaspora investor to have access to state-owned land and to fulfill legal formalities for projects. A field study and a marketing plan will also be proposed. If a member of the Diaspora wishes to build a house in Haiti with modern architecture or an earthquake-proof foundation, HGSN can help him or her find an engineer from the Association of Haitian Engineers Abroad or Working in Haiti.
TOURISTIC & CULTURAL POINT OF VIEW
HGSN wants to allow our brothers and sisters who do not know the country well to have a national perspective by working in close collaboration with the Haiti Tourist Association, Hotel Association, travel agencies, airlines operating in Haiti, rental car companies and restaurants from different parts of the country. In this case a package for each tourist area will be offered to visitors including a package for each of the ten (10) geographic departments of Haiti.
